Meditation
Guided meditation practices to quiet the mind and awaken the heart. Drawing from Vedic, Buddhist, and devotional traditions.
Atma Kriya Yoga
A complete spiritual system given by Mahavatar Babaji and transmitted through Paramahamsa Vishwananda. Combines pranayama, mantra, and meditation for accelerated inner transformation.
Sound Baths
Immersive healing through crystal singing bowls, gongs, and sacred instruments. Rest in resonance and let the sound do the work.
